【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingdeparturesfromroundnessbymeasuringvariationsinradiusbymeansofcontact(stylus)instruments.Itestablishesa)typesofinstrumentsandgeneralrequirements;b)recommendationsfortheuseofinstruments;c)proceduresforcalibrationofinstrumentsandverificationoftheircharacteristics.ThisInternationalStandardappliestotheassessmentofthedeparturesfromidealroundnessofaworkpiecethroughthemediumofaprofiletransformation,obtainedunderreferenceconditions,expressedwithrespecttoanyoneofthefollowingcentres:a)centreoftheleastsquarescircle;b)centreoftheminimumzonecircle;c)centreoftheminimumzonecircumscribedcircle;d)centreofthemaximuninscribedcircle.Eachofthesecentresmayhaveitsownparticularapplication.ThepositionoftheleastsquarescentrecanbecalculatedfromasimpleexplicitequationgiveninannexF.Departuresfromroundnessofthemeasuredprofile,procedure,calibrationanddeterminationofsystematicerrorsofrotationaredealtwithinannexesAtoD,respectively.AnnexEgivesrulesforplottingandreadingpolargraphs.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61158providescommonelementsforbasictime-criticalmessagingcommunicationsbetweendevicesinanautomationenvironment.Theterm“time-critical”isusedtorepresentthepresenceofatime-window,withinwhichoneormorespecifiedactionsarerequiredtobecompletedwithsomedefinedlevelofcertainty.Failuretocompletespecifiedactionswithinthetimewindowrisksfailureoftheapplicationsrequestingtheactions,withattendantrisktoequipment,plantandpossiblyhumanlife.ThisstandarddefinesinanabstractwaytheexternallyvisibleservicesprovidedbytheType4fieldbusdata-linklayerintermsofa)theprimitiveactionsandeventsoftheservices;b)theparametersassociatedwitheachprimitiveactionandevent,andtheformwhichtheytake;andc)theinterrelationshipbetweentheseactionsandevents,andtheirvalidsequences.Thepurposeofthisstandardistodefinetheservicesprovidedto?theType4fieldbusapplicationlayerattheboundarybetweentheapplicationanddata-linklayersofthefieldbusreferencemodel;?systemsmanagementattheboundarybetweenthedata-linklayerandsystemsmanagementofthefieldbusreferencemodel.Theprincipalobjectiveofthisstandardistospecifythecharacteristicsofconceptualdata-linklayerservicessuitablefortime-criticalcommunications,andthussupplementtheOSIBasicReferenceModelinguidingthedevelopmentofdata-linkprotocolsfortime-criticalcommunications.Asecondaryobjectiveistoprovidemigrationpathsfrompreviously-existingindustrialcommunicationsprotocols.ThisspecificationmaybeusedasthebasisforformalDL-Programming-Interfaces.Nevertheless,itisnotaformalprogramminginterface,andanysuchinterfacewillneedtoaddressimplementationissuesnotcoveredbythisspecification,includinga)thesizesandoctetorderingofvariousmulti-octetserviceparameters;b)thecorrelationofpairedrequestandconfirm,orindicationandresponse,primitives.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationsofdata-linkentitieswithinindustrialautomationsystems.Thereisnoconformanceofequipmenttothisdata-linklayerservicedefinitionstandard.Instead,conformanceisachievedthroughimplementationofthecorrespondingdata-linkprotocolthatfulfillstheType1data-linklayerservicesdefinedinthisstandard.
