【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofdeicersandequipmentdesignedexclusivelyfordeicingandwashingofaircraftwithdeicing/antiicing/washingliquidswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandGSEmanufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.NOTESafetyofaircraftinconnectionwithdeicing/antiicingoperationsisnotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.Any,evenminor,aircraftdeicingorantiicingoperationdirectlyaffectsflightsafetyontake-off.Preventionofaeronauticalaccidentsresultingfromin-flighticingprincipallyconcernsthefluidsandmethodsused,butitmayincertaincasesalsoconcerndeicingorantiicingequipmentdesignoroperation.TheseaeronauticalaspectsarenotcoveredinthisEuropeanStandard(seealsoJointAviationauthorities(JAA),JointAviationRegulations(JAR)JAR-OPSsubpartD1.345andanyassociatedmaterial).Thisstandardappliesto:--self-propelleddeicerswithfixedplatformorhingedboom;--towabledeicerswithfixedplatformorhingedboom;stationarydeicing/antiicingequipment(e.g.fixedboom,gantryortowercranesequippedwithaircraftdeicing/antiicingfluidsystems).Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:--fixedinstallations,suchasseparatestoragetanksorheatingandfillingstations,whicharenotanintegratedpartofthestationarydeicingequipment;--hydrauliccontrolsystems;pneumaticsystems;--flowgeneratingsystemsassuch.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.Thisstandardisnotdealingwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandthetrafficontheapron.ThispartofEN12312isnotapplicabletodeicersanddeicing/antiicingequipmentwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
