【摘要】:Dataobtainedbythistestmethodshallnotbeusedtopredictthebehaviorofmaterialsatelevatedtemperaturesexceptinapplicationsinwhichtheconditionsoftime,temperature,methodofloading,andstressaresimilartothosespecifiedinthetest.Thisstandardisparticularlysuitedforqualitycontrolanddevelopmentwork.Thedataarenotintendedforuseindesignorpredictingenduranceatelevatedtemperatures.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationofthetemperatureatwhichthespecificmodulusofatestspecimenisrealizedbydeflectioninthree-pointbending.Thistemperatureisidentifiedasthedistortiontemperaturemeasured.Thedistortiontemperatureisthattemperatureatwhichatestspecimenofdefinedgeometrydeformstoalevelofstrainunderappliedstressof0.455and1.82MPa(66and264psi)equivalenttothoseusedinTestMethodD648.Thetestmaybeperformedovertherangeoftemperaturefromambientto300C.Note1ResultsmayormaynotagreewiththoseobtainedbyTestMethodD648.1.2Electronicinstrumentationorautomateddataanalysisandreductionsystemsortreatmentsequivalenttothistestmethodmaybeused.Note2Sinceallelectronicdatatreatmentsarenotequivalent,theusershallverifyequivalencytothistestmethod.1.3SIvaluesaretoberegardedasthestandard.Inch-poundunitsinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.5ThereisnoISOstandardequivalenttothistestmethod.
