【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60834appliestoteleprotectioncommandsystemsusedtoconveycommandinformation,generallyinconjunctionwithprotectionequipment.Itaimsatestablishingperformancerequirementsandrecommendedtestingmethodsforcommandtypeteleprotectionequipment.Theinformationconveyedbytheteleprotectionequipmentcanbeinanalogueordigitalform.Thecommandtypeteleprotectionequipmentreferredtointhisstandardcanbepowerlinecarrierequipmentorvoicefrequencyequipmentwhichisusedinconnectionwithvarioustelecommunicationsystems,suchaspowerlinecarrier(PLC),radiolinks,opticalfibre,rentedcircuits,leasedorprivatelyownedcables.Inadditionthecommandtypeteleprotectioncanbedigitalequipmentwhichisusedwithadigitaltelecommunicationsystemormediasuchasopticalfibres,radiolinks,leasedorprivatelyowneddigitallinks.Thecommandtypeteleprotectionequipmentmaybeseparateorprovidedasanintegralpartoftheprotectionequipment.Inadditiontoteleprotectionequipmentperformancetests,testshavetobecarriedoutonthepowersupplyoftheteleprotectionequipment.Allthetestsshouldberegardedastypetests.NOTE-AccordingtotheInternationalElectrotechnicalVocabulary(IEV),atypetestisdefinedasatestofoneormoredevicesmadetoacertaindesigntoshowthatthedesignmeetscertainspecifications.
